If you're reading this, it's because you're ready for transformation. A "Glow Up" that goes beyond the surface and is strong at the foundation. A transformation that is both miraculous and sustainable.  I’m so glad you’re here. I created The Glow Up Journey for the Christian Woman because, after years of trying to elevate my lifestyle and feeling like I wasn’t making sustainable progress, I decided to seek what was missing.

One day during a time where I felt like I was going through one of my biggest setbacks, I let God have all of my frustrations.  I hold Him how I felt like my life is a constant cycle of wins then failures in the same areas.  I hated that I would make progress then struggle to keep up the good work.  … I was so tired.

Then the Lord told me that the reason my growth was not sustainable is because I am not working on the foundational areas that support my progress. In other words, my foundation was not strong enough to support the person I wanted to become and the lifestyle I desired to have.   So I started doing the work.  I asked God to help me, and I immediately began to see results! Now I’m here to share what I have learned.  I learned that we don’t have to struggle with our transformation.  With every challenge we face, we can meet them with solutions that will help us to grow and empower us as we change.  

The Glow Up Journey For the Christian Woman isn't JUST about looking great and feeling great.  It's about experiencing transformation that will make the results sustainable. You want to lose weight, you don't have to struggle to keep it off and maintain good health. You want a better career or have a successful business, you don't have to struggle in the rat race to be successful. You want to elevate your lifestyle, you can have that and actually enjoy the results. Guess what? God wants that for you and God wants to help you get there.

I am living proof that when we allow God to be the foundation of our personal transformation, the change is lasting and meaningful.
